3. User Obligations

Upon full payment for custom development services, you will receive the agreed-upon license or ownership rights to the deliverables as specified in your service agreement. However, we retain the right to use any general knowledge, skills, or experience gained during the project.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FOP Valerii Demidov (finten.space) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of our services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. 6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement in accordance with the terms specified in the individual service contract. Upon termination, you must immediately cease using our services and any materials provided by us.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms of Service or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason in our sole discretion.

Upon termination, any provisions of these Terms of Service that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, and limitations of liability.
